Event Size of 11-25
Site Fee: $2000 for 6 hour use of Private Beach and/or Pavilion (venue)
  • Includes venue only for ceremony and reception
  • Rental of two (2) Beachfront Bungalows is required for restroom facilities for guests during the event, whether occupied for the night or not.
  • All guests must stay on property.
  • If over 25 guests, the visitors fee is $50/person for max 10 additional visitors.

Parking: Each rented bungalow comes with one free parking space.
There are up to ten additional parking spaces that can be reserved for $20/day each.
